Manufacturing Flow

Steps followed during processing

01

Production

Planning and controlled production to ensure consistent output and reliable supply.

We follow batch-wise planning, equipment checks, and documented controls so the material stays consistent from the first lot to the last.

02

Extraction

Careful extraction of raw mineral material to preserve purity and reduce contamination.

Selective handling and segregation help maintain a clean feedstock before it enters the processing line.

03

Crushing

Initial crushing to reduce raw material size for smoother downstream separation and processing.

Controlled crushing helps create a consistent feed size, improving efficiency in screening, drying, and pulverizing.

04

Separation

Separation of unwanted particles and impurities for improved grade and performance.

Screening and controlled separation remove oversized particles and unwanted matter to improve uniformity and product performance.

05

Dewatering

Moisture removal to achieve the required consistency for drying and finishing stages.

By reducing excess water early, we shorten drying time and help preserve the material characteristics needed for final finishing.

06

Drying

Controlled drying to reach target moisture content while maintaining product quality.

Drying is managed to reach the required moisture range without overheating, helping maintain stable quality for packing or further processing.

07

Pulverizing

Grinding/pulverizing to meet the required particle size based on end-use applications.

Milling and sizing are done to deliver consistent particle distribution as per the application—ceramics, paper, paint, and other industrial uses.

08

Quality check

Final inspection and testing to confirm specifications before dispatch and export.

Sampling and verification help confirm key parameters like moisture, appearance, and sizing so the shipment matches the requested specification.

Export

Steps followed during export process

09

Packing

Product is packed as per customer requirements and export standards.

We use suitable packing formats with proper sealing and labeling to support safe handling, storage, and identification during transit.

10

Loading

Safe loading with proper handling to prevent damage and maintain quality.

Careful stacking and loading practices help protect bags/packing and reduce the risk of damage during transportation.

11

Stock transfer

Movement of goods to dispatch/holding points with clear tracking and documentation.

Shipment details are tracked through dispatch, with supporting documents prepared for smooth coordination and delivery.

12

Port

Shipment is coordinated for port dispatch and onward export logistics.

Port-side coordination supports timely clearance and handover so goods move efficiently to the shipping line for export.
